Hickory Global Partners Names Ramsook to Lead Hotel Program

Ramsook has joined its management team to lead the dynamic hotel program, which leverages a portfolio of over 24,000 hotel properties with commissionable rates in 5,760 cities and 52 countries.

Prior to joining HICKORY, Ms. Ramsook served as Vice President of Revenue Management & Distribution for Denihan Hospitality Group, where she was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of revenue management and distribution, including call center operations and e-commerce. During her tenure, the company expanded to new U.S. markets, gained significant market share in all cities and grew 78%.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Ramsook was the NYC Director of Revenue for Accor Hotels and Resorts overseeing the Sofitel and Novotel brands. She held a variety of positions at the New York Palace in the areas of operations, financial services, sales and marketing, and revenue management. She was a member of Travelocity's Advisory Board in 2012 and of the HSMAI CRO Roundtable, she is a frequent speaker at industry events, and was featured in Profiles in Performance: Business Intelligence Journeys and the Roadmap for Change by Howard Dresner.
